FAQs

Common Questions

How quickly can you attend?

We aim to attend within 24 hours of instruction. For urgent section 2 hearings, which must be listed within 7 days, speed is critical.

What happens if the Tribunal refuses discharge?

You can reapply after 6 months (or sooner in some circumstances). We advise on grounds for reapplication and any judicial review of an unlawful Tribunal decision.
